Our Solution

Candidate Engagement website is a simple page with different sections that display lists of links that gives access to information about the company and work. This website is for candidates who will start working there within a few months. This page should keep them engaged while providing information about their work. It works as one of the first steps of the company’s onboarding program. The main goal is to keep the candidate engaged as some of the candidates have to wait several months (up to 8 months) before their starting day. A new section with a list of links/content will appear at a regular frequency depending on the candidate starting date.

The Results

We enabled the client's HR team to grasp real control in the onboarding process and allowed them to clearly see the candidates who were engaging into the onboarding. This helped them redefine their onboarding process to be more efficient according to the candidate’s specialty.
